Georgia Tech does not currently have an active contract for charter bus services. The Georgia Tech Purchasing Team is available to provide guidance on a case-by-case basis for any department looking to procure these services. All purchases are subject to the Institute’s Purchasing Policies as well as applicable state, federal government and/or sponsor requirements.
Requestors should send all charter bus service agreements to Purchasing for review by submitting a ticket in ServiceNow. If a service provider has requested a signed agreement, please indicate that on your ServiceNow ticket by including a note and Purchasing will review and sign your agreement as needed. Purchasing will work with the service provider to gather any compliance documentation (i.e. Certificate of Insurance and/or E-Verify) that is needed before signing.
Requisitions must be submitted in Workday for all purchase requests over $2,499. Purchasing shall obtain Certificates of Insurance and completed E-Verify affidavits before signing agreements or issuing Purchase Orders.
